Receptionist

Job Brief
We are seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  3. Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a professional appearance at all times.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  6. Maintain visitor records and manage access control procedures.
  7. Support administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  8. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  9. Provide general support to the HR and Administration teams as required.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Nerul MIDC, Navi Mumbai
CTC: As per Industry Standards
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. / BBA)
