Retractable Systems

Retractable intrusive systems provide a safe, adjustable, and efficient means of inserting corrosion monitoring elements or chemical injection and sampling devices directly into the process stream under pressurized conditions. Utilizing a 1-inch full-port isolation valve in combination with a stuffing box assembly, these systems enable inspection, corrosion monitoring, chemical dosing, and fluid sampling to be carried out without process shutdown. This makes them particularly suitable for low- and medium-pressure process applications.

These systems are extensively deployed across oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, fertilizer, refinery, and water treatment facilities where continuous asset integrity monitoring and process reliability are essential.
