Designed with coarse-pitch ACME threads instead of standard V-threads, these fittings ensure smooth engagement and prevent thread jamming in applications where solids, sand, scale, wax, or debris are present in the process stream.

These fittings are fully compatible with standard retrieval tools and service valves, enabling safe installation and removal of monitoring and injection devices under (Actual)operating pressure.

System Function :

Internal ACME threaded access fittings function as the primary pressure boundary and insertion point for intrusive monitoring systems. The internal ACME female thread receives a solid or hollow ACME-threaded plug, which carries the corrosion coupon holder, ER/LPR probe, sand/erosion probe, bio probe, chemical injection quill, or sampling device.

When used with a service valve and mechanical retriever, the assembly enables safe and controlled insertion and retrieval without requiring system shutdown.
