Mechanical Retrieval Tool (Conventional System)

A manually operated tool designed for the safe removal and installation of plug assemblies under pressure.

  • Works with ER/LPR probes, coupons, and holders.
  • Integrated bleed valve for controlled depressurization.

Hydraulic Retrieval Tool (High Pressure System)
This system is designed for high-pressure environments and heavy-duty retrieval where high mechanical force is required which makes the operation little unsafe.
Key Features :
  • Operates safely up to 10,000 psi.
  • Compact, lightweight construction for field use.
  • Smooth internal design eliminates thread galling.
  • Minimal discharge and hence environmental friendly.
  • Handles long or heavy probes with ease.
  • Compatible with hydraulic access fittings.
  • Suitable for Onshor/Offshore, sour service, and high wear-tear lines.

Performance Range :
  • Temperature: up to ~200°C
  • Tool length suitable for probes 130–1000+ mm
  • Removal clearance requirements: 800–2400 mm depending on size
  • Tool weight: approx. 20–35 kg

Operating Principle :
  • Access through a hydraulic access fitting
  • The service valve provides isolation of the process line
  • Hydraulic tool uses controlled pressure to retrieve/insert devices
  • No internal threaded connections and hence no seizing possibilities
  • Ensures  enhanced operational safety in systems containing sand, solids, or corrosive media
Service Valves (Single & Double Isolation)
Used between the access fitting and retrieval tool to enable safe, pressure-balanced operations.
General Features :
  • Single Isolation or Double Block & Bleed (DBB).
  • Pressure ratings up to 3600 PSI/6000 PSI/10000 PSI.
  • Full-port opening for smooth probe passage.
  • Built-in bleed valve for pressure equalization.
  • Suitable elastomeric or metallic sealing depending on required services.
